What products can cosmetic plastic bottles be used for

Why is the material of plastic bottle of cosmetic detailed? 1. PET material is environmental protection material, with high barrier, light weight, unbreakable characteristics, chemical resistance, strong transparency, can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white, transparent, widely used in gel water. Generally, the bottle mouth is of standard 16 ᦇ diameter, 18 ᦇ diameter, 22 ᦇ diameter and 24 ᦇ diameter, which can be used with pump head. 2. Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, K, as, ABS, acrylic, pet, etc. 3. Acrylic is made of injection bottle with poor chemical resistance. Generally, it can't be directly filled with paste. It needs to be equipped with inner liner to block the filling. It's not easy to fill too full, so as to prevent the paste from entering between the inner liner and the acrylic bottle, so as to avoid cracking. During transportation, the packaging requirements are high, because the scratch is particularly obvious, the permeability is high, and the upper wall is very thick, but the price is quite expensive. 4. The cream bottle, bottle cap, bottle stopper, gasket, pump head and dust cover with thick wall are usually used for injection molding; PET bottle blowing is two-step molding, tube embryo is injection molding, and finished product packaging is blow molding. Others, such as latex bottle with thinner container wall and washing bottle, are blowing bottles. 5. As, ABS: as has better transparency and toughness than ABS. 6. The order quantity is usually 3000-10000 pieces, and the color can be determined by oneself. Usually, the primary color is mainly frosted and magnetic white, or the effect of adding pearlescent powder is added. Although the bottle and cap are matched with the same color masterbatch, sometimes the color is different due to the different materials used for the bottle and cap. 7. Screen printing has ordinary ink and UV ink, UV ink effect is better, glossy and three-dimensional, in production should be printed to confirm the color, in different materials screen printing effect will be different. 8. The hard material and smooth surface are more suitable for hot stamping and silver stamping. The soft surface is not good for hot stamping and easy to fall off. The gloss of hot stamping gold and silver is better than that of gold and silver printing. 9. Screen printing film to produce negative film, graphic effect is black, background color is transparent, bronzing, silver process to produce positive film, graphic effect is transparent, background color is black. The proportion of words and patterns should not be too small or too fine, otherwise the effect will not be printed. 10. The bottle cap is generally equipped with inner gasket, pull cap and inner stopper, and a few are equipped with small spoon or dropper, which mainly considers its sealing and convenience.
